We at Cuddles Foundation are looking at hiring interns from Jai Hind College as part of our Internship Program. We would like to hire interns from all courses, particularly BMS and BMM.

About You

Qualifications and Skill Set Sought

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential

• Interpersonal and communication skills: You will be required to build an understanding of the client and their needs, and work with the Executive Director and the team.

• IT skills: It is essential that you have adequate IT skills as marketing is increasingly conducted through online channels. You must also be able to collate, store and present market data effectively using computer technology. LinkedIn skills Software

• Business writing skills: An ability to write clearly and concisely for business purposes

• Commercial awareness: A basic understanding of markets, clients and business needs

• Creativity: You will be required to write copy for marketing materials or help with the layout and design of media. On top of this, your work may involve contributing to the ideas stage of strategizing.

• Fluency with social media, skills with marketing on social media preferred

• Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral

• In addition, if you have skills or abilities in the following areas, please be sure to let us know in your application:

o Skills in Excel or PowerPoint
o Expertise of using social media for sales and marketing (E.g. Linkedin, Facebook)
o Work experience in client servicing/ sales/ marketing
o Experience with financial analysis
o A certified marketing course

What You Will Do And How You Will Grow

Sales and Marketing executives are our front lines of client interfacing and relationship management – widening and deepening the company’s customer base. They sharpen their business skills by pitching to clients, and managing relationships. They express and refine their creativity by creating pitch documents, presentations and sales pitches.

They are mentored and coached by direct communication with executive director, who has significant experience in corporate gifting and marketing.

• Build and track the client pipeline

Requirements

• Should speak English and Hindi
• Microsoft word and excel is a must
