Company Overview:

IndiaMLS makes an agent much more efficient, and allows him/her to significantly increase their income potential by collaborating with other brokers. Now, agents will have access to a majority of listings in the market including those of other brokers, in addition to their own properties. They will also be able to show these other listings to their clients, and earn half of the compensation that is displayed on each property listing.

Joomzee.com is a B2C real estate portal that can be accessed by professionals and consumers alike. All the listings in the market will now be found on website. Joomzee.com will provide valuable demographic data, and information about local schools, shopping, dining, and many more local amenities.

Position Summary:

The Data Verifier will be assigned a specific territory in which he or she will be required to go to various properties that will be listed on IndiaMLS to verify the listing. The verifier will be required to liaise with Field Sales Agents and home office management in order to reach daily verification goals. 

Primary Responsibilties:

- Mapping out verification location plans for the day

- Following the property verification protocol as set by home office management

- Maintaining a professional image. 

- Meeting daily verification goals and expectations

- Correspondence with home office management

- Logging results and verification details into IndiaMLS application

- Keeping track of expenses

Requirements:

- High School graduate / Under Graduate

- Must have access to transportation (must own their own vehicle)

- Familiarity with using applications on a Smartphones

- Professionalism 

- Fluent in Hindi and conversational English (basic to intermediate)

Salary: Rs. 12,000-15,000 per month (DOE)
