Pehchan is involved in making Customized t-shirts, Sweatshirts, Corporate gifts and all sorts of Promotional material for Corporate Clients. We are looking out for interns in the field of marketing and will appreciate your assistance for the same. Internship these days is a serious process and we make sure all of our interns are future ready and more street smart than when they first join us.
1. Students aspiring to make a career in Marketing, branding, Business Development, PR and other Brand promotion scope of work. They will be given hands on experience in Marketing, PR, Business Developments and Sales in order for them to be more polished and be job ready when they are done with their respective courses.
2. The company is a growing concern, with current turnovers of 5 Million which we aspire to convert to 100 million over the next 7 years.
3. Complete exposure to the market will be provided to deserving candidates and they will be educated and guided to deal with real life customer meets, presentations and follow ups.
4. The current market scope of the products we deal in is 6.4 Billion worldwide and expected to grow at 24% YOY over the next 10 years.
5. We plan to target 1800 companies over the next 5 years in order to tap the immense potential in the market and need a Dynamic team for the same.
6. We have factories in Mumbai and Jaipur and an office in the heat of the city at Bandra (W) Mumbai. Selected Students will have to come for a 3 day induction after which their internship will formerly start. We understand that these are students associated with one of the most premier institutes in the country and hence their working hours would be flexible. That being said we would be looking at only people who are serious about learning and wanting to further their knowledge and expertise in the Corporate world.
7. All selected students will be paid for their travelling expenses (basic mode of transport), and shall be provided performance and experience certificates at the end of the Internship period.
8. Ideally we have a 3 month probation period in order for us to know the calibre of the candidate, post which we cover all mobile expenses, out of pocket expenses and have them as a PAID intern in our organisation. We have worked with over 40 students in the past out of which 6 have excelled and are associated with us for the past 2 yeas. Remuneration up to 8-15k for outstanding students is given as per their merit and contribution towards the company over all.
9.
