1. Engineering graduate from Electronics/Electronics and Tel./Mechanical/Computer Science/IT stream.
Technical Requirements:
THREE (3) years of *professional experience* (NOT at-home/personal experience) with:
1. HTML5
2. CSS3
3. CSS frameworks such as Foundation or Blueprint
4. Javascript
5. Javascript libraries such as jQuery, jQuery UI, Bootstrap, D3.js
6. AJAX
7. At least one PHP framework such as Symfony 2, Cakephp, Codeigniter
8. Drupal, Wordpress or other open source CMS applications
9. SOAP/RESTful API integration
10. LAMP stack administration
11. GitHub, BitBucket
12. SVN Workflow(s)
13. YSlow, WebPageSpeedTest, GoogleSpeed
Non-Technical Requirements:
1. Should be able to speak good English and Hindi / Marathi.
2. He/she must have the ability to communicate and explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
3. Good written/English communication.
4. Good sense of “what is good vs. bad web design”.
5. Should be a quick learner and interested in learning new technologies.

Job Description:
You will:
● (After the appropriate vetting period) serve as a Lead Developer/Technical Analyst within the organization.
● Lead Developer:
● Technical Analyst:
○ Guide project teams on Development Planning activities.
○ Execute on the “more difficult” Development activities involved with each project.
○ Adhere to PRDXN’s Development Guidelines and PRDXN’s expectations in terms of quality.
○ Auditing the Development work of fellow team members against PRDXN’s Development Guidelines.
○ Ensure others adhere to PRDXN’s Development Guidelines.
○ Escalate project concerns or resource concerns to more Senior members of the organization, IN
ADVANCE.
○ Work with Project Managers to provide project estimates.
○ Explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
○ Lead certain technical/workflow training objectives within the organization.
○ Oversee the training path of a select group of Developers.
○ “Lift up” others within the organization (not JUST yourself).
○ Establishand edit various PRDXN Guidelines (to support on-going, organization-wide, efficiency and
effectiveness improvements).
