Requirements at PRDXN for - HR/TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Requirements:

1. Education: B.com. Graduate with Minimum 50% in T.Y. B.Com.

Technical Requirements:

1. Must have: Some level of competency in MS Office - Word, Excel.

2. Ideally: You LOVE working with Excel.

3. Ideally: Knowledge/familiarity with Google docs.

Non-Technical Requirements:

1. Should be able to speak good English and Hindi/Marathi.

2. Good written/English communication.

3. Should be a quick learner and interested in learning new things.

4. Honest, modest, friendly, patient and above all TEAM PLAYER.

5. Eager, eager, EAGER to always learn and better your skills, yourself, AND others around you.

6. Eager to find a company where you can have long-term growth. (You are looking for a long-term/stable position.

You are NOT a job-hopper.)

7. Located in MUMBAI - somewhere close to Thane West/Wagle Estate - on the Central line.

Job Description:

You will:

● (After the appropriate vetting period) serve as an HR/Training Administrator within the organization. WE WILL BE

TRAINING YOU ON EVERYTHING THAT IS NEEDED BELOW.

● Ensure:

○ For Trainees (< 4-6 months):

PRDXN1st Floor, Plot No A/232, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, 400604

○ For Team Members (> 6 months):

■ Each Trainee has their training agenda (Asana) in place. (You will be establishing the training

agenda (Asana) for each Trainee. In most cases, it’s a copy/paste of a template that has already

been established.)

■ There is a “Buddy” assigned to each Trainee.

■ Formally introduce the Buddy and Trainee. Verbalise Buddy and Trainee expectations - at the

time of Buddy/Trainee introduction.

■ Trainee/Buddy assignments are communicated clearly across the organisation. And assignments

are documented/centralised.

■ Training agendas (Asana) are being updated regularly by each Trainee AND their Buddy.

■ Trainees ARE following the Daily Update Email template/format properly.

■ Trainees ARE answering their expected “Daily Q&A” in their Daily Update Email. Check that

YOU/others, have the required Q&A doc access/are seeing the expected Q&A as per Trainee’s

training agenda instructions.

■ Buddies are responding to every 1 in 5 Daily Update Emails from Trainees WITH constructive

feedback.

■ Attend weekly Buddy meetings for feedback on Trainees. Document/feedback. Escalate if any

action is required.

■ Do one-on-one meetings with each Trainee, every month, to ensure that they’re being

challenged/have an outlet to share their experience and questions.

■ Each Team Members has a training agenda (Asana) in place. (You will be establishing the training

agenda (Asana) for each Team Member, with the help of the Team Member/their Training

Oversight person. If common templates do NOT exist, you would need to escalate.)

■ There is a “Training Oversight” person assigned to each Team Member.

■ Team Member/Training Oversight assignments are are documented/centralised.

■ Training agendas (Asana) are being updated regularly by each Team Member AND their Training

Oversight person.

■ Training Oversight people are responding to every 1 in 10 Daily Update Emails from Team

Members WITH constructive feedback.

■ Attend bi-weekly/monthly Training Oversight meetings for feedback on Team Members and

their training objectives/status. Document/feedback. Escalate if any action is required.

■ Do one-on-one meetings with each Team Member, every 2-3 months, to ensure that they’re

being challenged/have an outlet to share their experience and questions.

● Reporting into Head of Admin (first 1 month), and then reporting into Departmental Heads (Development, PM,

QA) with COO oversight.
