Please find attached “Job Description” for the “Sales Trainee” role for your reference. The incumbents will have to complete a year. 

Also, the compensation for the above will be,

- For fresher: INR 2 lakh CTC + + TA/DA (as per company policy) + mobile reimbursement (as per company policy) during Traineeship of 1 year . 

- On confirmation as Relationship Executive (RE) : INR 2 lacs CTC + TA/DA (as per company policy) + mobile reimbursement (as per company policy) + incentive (as per company policy) 

- For minimum 1 year+ experience in Sales in a reputed Company : INR 2.4 lacs CTC + TA/DA (as per company policy) + mobile reimbursement (as per company policy) 

Please note:

- The above role will be a trainee role for an year, after which the respective trainee will be converted to the role of “Relationship Executive”, and subsequently, will have to serve 6 months’ probation to get confirmed. 

- It is mandatory for the candidate to own a two wheeler and open to relocate if required. 

- The short-listed students are supposed to join the organization with immediate effect.
