The selection process comprises of two rounds.
Initial round (Aptitude Test):
The initial round comprises of Online Aptitude test (objective type). The candidates who qualify in the Online Aptitude test will be short listed for the next round comprising of Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI).
Final round (GD & PI):
Those who qualify in the Online Aptitude test will be called for final round of GD & PI.
The short listing of candidates in each round will be done based on the qualifying criteria decided by the Bank as per its selection / recruitment policy. After completion of all the rounds, the Bank will issue the provisional offer letters to the selected candidates.
