Our selection process involves 5 stage selection process i.e Screening based on academic scores > Aptitude Test > Group discussion & Written Assessment > Ist Round of Personal Interview > Final round of Personal Interview.
The Fixed compensation to be offered is 3 Lacs PA + Performance link variable bonus in the range of 15-25% of fixed CTC.
