Gandhi Fellowship
2 Year Leadership Journey
Gandhi Fellowship provides youth a first-hand experience of social change and develops leadership skills in the process. We at Gandhi Fellowship are training youth to become future Nation Builders to solve the pressing problems that we face today.
The Framework:
The fellow works with 5 Government Schools and their local communities, 5 Headmasters, 50 Teachers and 500 Children bringing about sustainable and visible enhancement in both, the system of school and community at large.
The program is designed for young people to systematically build the competencies of a LEADER. The fellowship provides a context and support for practical, grassroots experiential learning which deepens their understanding of existing systems; challenges their own abilities to find solutions and bring forth their own rigor and perseverance to lead change.
Support:
Gandhi Fellowship encourages peer learning environment. Fellow receives on-site support from a dedicated team of professionals to facilitate in negotiating the problems and come up with solutions. And an endowment of INR Rs.14,000/month with other shared boarding, travelling and communication expenses are borne by the Program.
Eligibility:
The Fellowship is open to anyone who is appearing for their final year examinations of graduation or post-graduation across all disciplines. Young professionals below 25 years can also apply for the Fellowship. Joining will be on 1st July 2015.
Locations:
We have our presence in 3 states, viz, Gujarat, Maharashta and Rajasthan and selected candidates will be placed in any one of the above location.

to identify the best of the talent across the Top Colleges of the country. It’s a 4 step selection
process,
Step - 1 Register for the Fellowship on our website.
Candidates interested in applying for the fellowship need to visit our website www.gandhifellowship.org. The candidate needs to fill up Academic Credentials and achievements in Extra Curricular Activities as per the form.
Step - 2 Filling up the Application Form.
After reviewing the registration form, Eligible Candidates will be allowed to fill the application form. A Detailed application form needs to be filled online.
Step - 3 Telephonic Interview.
Post application review, the qualifying candidates will go through a Telephonic Interview.
Step - 4 Final Personal Interview.
Candidates clearing the Telephonic Interview will be invited for a Final Personal Interview happening in Ahmedabad in the month of January. It’s a full day selection process which includes Individual and Group Activities and an Interview with our Panel.
Candidates successfully clearing the Interviews will be awarded the 2 years fellowship.
