Research Associate
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore, India
Job Description
• Will work as a part of the GMR team on specific projects. 
• Synthesis of InformationWould be instrumental in gathering information on category and brand from secondary sources and prepare the background for new proposals and client meetings. Would be trained to synthesize and code verbatim responses on all projects into smaller meaningful analysis buckets
• Project Management-Would keep status and time-plan on all on going projects and follow-up with Field and Analysis teams on delivery dates.Prepare the field briefing note and attend briefings.
• Operations ManagementBe responsible for a thorough field kit preparation- Q’res with logic checks, checking apps and programs , sourcing and making showcards and other stimulus like ads etc required for research.
• Would be a key member of the team to ensure smooth fieldwork and data delivery. 
Required Skills: 
• Graduates from a premier institute with a career focus. Wanting to make a difference and work in market research industry.
• Freshers welcome but with a ‘can do’ attitude. Any work experience especially in Project Management will be an added benefit.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic Excel and Power Point skills 
• Should have attention to detail and ability to listen and learn new processes.
• Should be energetic and a team player.
