JOB DESCRIPTION:


DESIGNATIONClient Services Co-ordinator

WORK EXP:  0 to 3years

Salary Package: Negotiable

Job Type: Contract basis (six months).

Female candidates are more preferred

Responsibility: Search and contact prospective clients, qualify leads and arrange suitable appointments for the sales mangers.

The candidate is expected to source her own leads and also search prospective companies to obtain contact details and basic operating information. 

Key Tasks:

Generate and arrange appointments for sales managers. 

Establish new relationships by searching and developing new clients. 

Collate information of prospective client and give the same to sales managers.

Work with the sales managers to achieve sales objectives.  

Produce weekly reports of clients on activity levels.

Follow-up with clients.

Present the company profile in positive manner on the phone.


Other Skills:

Fluent in English.

Excellent oral communication skills and listening skills.

Highly organized and self motivated.

Professional phone etiquettes with consultative approach and tone of voice.

Qualification:   

Graduate (any stream)
