COMMUNICATIONS AND RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
About the company: Chariance Consultancy is a professional enterprise delivering
advisory services in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR). We assist companies to design innovative CSR strategies and
achieve effective implementation by establishing dynamic
partnerships with the social sector that can successfully confront
society’s most pressing challenges.
We are looking for a full time team member willing to plan strategically,
think innovatively, is driven to work with a growing organization and is a
dedicated team player.
Communication:
• Developing and drafting concept notes, CSR policies and clients
reports as required
• Communicate and follow up on relationships with the clients
(corporate/individual/foundation) and/or external partners and Non
profits
• Activate and manage Chariance Social Media platforms and activities
– Website, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Undertake Field visits to Clients and Non profits as required
• Develop and maintain Public and Media Relations based on guidelines
provided by the partners
Research
• Compile and maintain a database of international and local NGOs
doing commendable work in the social sector
• Research and target potential clients
(corporates/individuals/foundations) especially those corporates
meeting the mandatory CSR requirements
• Based on the client’s priority/background creatively analyze and
respond with potential CSR activities, socially relevant opportunities
and/or events
• Study and evaluate innovative projects in the social sector and develop
collaborations between multiple parties.
Administration
• Ensure compliance with the signed MOUs, contracts and agreements
• Maintain high standards of follow ups, reporting to clients and meeting
deadlines
• Manage calendars of meetings, reports, other deliverables for partners
• Create online and offline collaterals (newsletters, updates, website
management, etc.) and marketing material to promote the services
offered by Chariance
• Any other banking and financial assistance required by the partners
Required Qualifications
• 1-2 years of relevant experience desired but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Knowledge and Technical Skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Preferred competencies
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly motivated with an achievement-oriented attitude
• Excellent critical thinking and planning skills
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
