About the Company:
Media Worldwide Ltd. was established on 6th October 2004. It is a broadcast company with multiple music channels under its umbrella. Seeing a space in the music scene the company started with SANGEET BANGLA a regional music channel. And today 9 years down the line it has 4 channels in its bouquet with a national player MUSIC INDIA & a regional channel catering to the Bhojpuri audience SANGEET BHOJPURI catering to Bihar & Jharkhand. Sangeet Bangla is the No. 1 Bengali music channel in the country. Sangeet Bhojpuri is also one of the top contenders in the Bhojpuri space Music India has gained a reputation of delivering more than it promises. The company plans on increasing its bouquet of channels with 3 more channel launches in 2014-15.
Travelxp HD is India's first High Definition (HD) travel channel and the biggest library of HD travel content across the world. With over 300 hours and exponentially increasing travel footage, we aim to capture the travel market with 1200 hours of prime HD footage by 2015. travelxp HD was launched on February, 2011, and have already set benchmarks in the travel and lifestyle segment by providing consistently good and varied shows.
We are looking to hire young dynamic candidate to join our Media Worldwide team. Mentioned below is a brief JD.

Level : Junior
Job Description :
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team, and then overseeing that these targets are met.
  • Must report to the Sales Head with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the completion of sales targets.
  • A Sales Executive must use their initiative to source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
  • The Sales Executive must attend any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company’s services is possible, and they must prepare and give sales presentations.
  • A Sales Executive assists the composing of all Sales and Marketing material.
Key skills and qualifications of a Sales Executive:
  • BMM/BMS Freshers who have appeared for Exams this year.
  • A Sales Executive must have strong man-managing skills, able to efficiently work in a team and liase with other teams.
  • The Sales Executive must also have good customer services skills to deal day-to-day with all inquiries and cultivate relationships with future clients.
  • You must also have good communication skills as much of the job involves presentations, conferences and other sales pitches.
  • The Sales Executive must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Inclination towards Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
