Prrem’s specializes in winter wear. We have an E commerce website and

an offline store in Bandra. We have been a part of the industry of

woolens and outdoor wear for over 16 years and have clients travelling

Associate: Accounts

Qualification: Completed B Com, BAF or CA inter

Experience: 6 months or more

Job location: Bandra (West)

Remuneration: As per industry standards with Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- for

a fresher.

Scope of work

1. Accounts Department

- Recording of Purchases and Sales Entries in Tally and Register.

- Passing of Banking entries in Tally

- Maintaining a petty cash record and updation in Tally

- Filling details for TDS monthly

- Filing of VAT returns, C Form Details quarter wise

- Issuing cheques for goods received be it octroi or vendor related

payments.

- Courier of defective pieces and issuance of debit notes


2. Inventory Department

- Recording of goods inwards and goods outwards in software

- Printing stickers for new products received

- Placing new orders or follow up on orders to be received

- Co-ordinating with software vendors with respect to issues faced


3. Logistics Department

- Printing of orders on e-commerce portals

- Scheduling courier pick ups

- Printing mainfests and ensuring parcels are dispatched

- Updation of docket numbers on e-commerce portals

- Documenting orders receive month on month

4. Customer Care Department

- Replying to customer care emails

- Maintaining record of return register

- Handling queries on the customer care number

Desired Skills

- Good with computers be it Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Worked on Tally ERP9 for not less than 6 months

- Knowledge and experience in the E-commerce industry preferable

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Knowledge of accounting standards and concepts

- The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records

- A genuine interest in business and finance

- Good administrative skills

- An organised and methodical approach to working

- The ability to concentrate on one task for long periods of time

- An honest and discrete attitude when dealing with company accounts

- The ability to work to deadlines
