About the company:

> Wishberry, a crowdfunding platform in India for creative projects offering an opportunity to work in the Operations Department of the organisation.



 Title: Executive, Customer Service & Operations



Key responsibilities:

> Troubleshoot online payments by handholding crowd-funders

> Reconcile payments across gateway & nodal accounts

> Handle the various activities across HR, accounting, and office admin.



Growth opportunities:

> Get promoted to Manager with consistent performance over 6-12 months

> Leverage troubleshooting experience to influence product strategy



Preferred skills & background:

> Fluent English communication via email & phone

> Good with numbers & analytics on excel (upto pivot tables)

> Able to multi-task and "get things done" in a startup environment

> Bachelors in commerce, management, or banking

>Prefer a few months to 1 year experience
