Senior Associate: Business Development and Sales

Qualification: Any graduate with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Salary: 18 k to 30k pm (Negotiable for candidates having good experience)

Scope of Work in Business Development and Sales

 Understanding the need for the product in the relevant situations,

recognizing the different target groups the product will be relevant to.

 Manage the overall Business Development tasks. Monitor trends and

discover new sales possibilities in Mumbai and then India.

 Prepare presentations to pitch to prospective clients and other support

material as required.

 Follow up with inquiries on emails / telephone, show a demo if required

and convert to sale.

 Continuous follow up with prospective customers.

 Following up on previous leads generated.

 Maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Understand their

business and opportunities for further mutual benefits.

 Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented projects and prepare a

quantitative report to improve further.

 Attending Travel Trade events to engage with the Travel and Outdoor

community.

 Taking initiative to wish clients on festivities and maintaining friendly

relations.

 Strong Determination and Time and Stress Management skills.

 Will be responsible for improving product sales and market share.

Desired Skills and Ability

 Previous experience in B2B and B2C Sales in the Retail industry with

proven sales records.

 Very good inter-personal, presentation and Communication skills.

 Active presence on Social Media

 Organized and systematic approach with ability to keep deadlines.

 We are specifically looking for people who have an understanding of the

offline and online retail industry in India.

 Engaging and maintaining relations with our client companies.

 Maintaining a balance between creation of original content and

content curation.

 Monitor customer engagement offline and online to ensure an

experience of delight for the buyers.

 Come up with out of the box initiatives to reach out to niche

target markets.
